Nuvé Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Nuvé products are covered under this 18-month limited warranty, which includes:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Malfunctions or failures not caused by improper use, external damage, or unauthorized modifications.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Issues arising from exposure to extreme conditions, liquid damage, or improper storage.

  • Consumable parts such as filters or attachments unless the defect is due to a manufacturing fault.

2. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Nuvé product has a manufacturing defect within the 18-month warranty period, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email support@Nuvé.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.

  2. Warranty Review – Our support team will assess the issue and determine if it qualifies under our warranty.

  3. Resolution – If approved, we will provide a replacement unit or repair at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request the defective product be returned for further inspection.

3. Replacement Policy

  • Approved warranty claims will be resolved with a replacement unit of the same or comparable model if the original product is no longer available.

  • Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

4. Limitations & Liability

This warranty is only valid for purchases made through thenuvestore.com or authorized retailers. Nuvé is not responsible for damages, losses, or inconveniences beyond the replacement of a defective product under this policy.
