The cord is approximately 9 feet long and it comes out of the top of the unit at the back near the center.

We recommend leaving at least a ½ inch of clearance on the back and sides of the sauna (the three sides without the door). This small gap allows for proper ventilation and makes installation easier. The front (door side) should have additional space so you can enter and exit comfortably, but the other three sides can be positioned very close to the wall.
